1. Introduction
Welcome to Atelier Lunelle. By accessing and using www.lunellecandles.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products, including candles, perfume, and lip tints.
2. Products & Orders
Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color, decoration, or scent may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. Refunds will not be given for minor differences.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Pricing & Payment

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within [8] business days. does not include holiday season delays
Atelier Lunelle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unclaimed packages at local post offices. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve their package promptly.
If a package is left outside upon delivery and exposed to extreme conditions (e.g., direct sunlight), we are not responsible for any resulting damage.
If your package is stolen, you must file a complaint with USPS or other carriers and seek compensation directly from them.
5. Returns & Refunds
Cosmetics (perfume and lip tints) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We do not offer refunds for minor variations in color, scent, or decoration, nor if you simply dislike the shape or scent.
If an item is damaged upon delivery (e.g., smashed or visibly broken packaging), you must take pictures immediately and file a complaint with USPS.
If an item is damaged during transit (e.g., the candle is broken inside an intact package), you must send pictures to lunellecandles [!at] gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery for inspection. Failure to do so within this timeframe voids eligibility for compensation.
If eligible, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Full refunds are only granted if an item is heavily damaged (e.g., the jar is completely shattered).
If you open your package improperly and damage the candle yourself, we will not issue a refund.
If you wish to return an item, you must cover the return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. Compensation for returns is only provided if explicitly requested by Atelier Lunelle.
6. Customer Conduct
If you engage in disrespectful or inappropriate communication regarding an issue, we reserve the right to refuse refunds and future transactions.
Customers are responsible for following up on their claims. If you fail to respond to our emails within 24 hours, we have the right to deny compensation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images and text, is owned by Atelier Lunelle and cannot be used without permission.
8. Liability Limitation
By ordering online, you acknowledge the risk of minor damages during transit. Partial refunds are the maximum compensation we offer for such cases.
Atelier Lunelle is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Always follow product usage guidelines.
